Illinois still has a slim chance to win the Big Ten West, but 3-game skid looks like a missed opportunity

Iowa can secure a spot in the Big Ten title game with a win over Nebraska. If that happens, then Minnesota, Purdue and Illinois will have missed a golden opportunity.

Illinois needs both Iowa and Purdue to lose. If that happens, the Illini can make it to the league championship game by beating Northwestern.
