Making sense of Monday's Brumbaugh Brum-bomb

I've had the same thought. I only watch a few of the highlight video but Brumbaugh's teammate was always the kid that caught my eye. I assume I'm missing something.

I think Brown's composite ranking is still like #129 overall and Rivals rates him a 4-star player. He's regarded as one of the best guards still uncommitted.

Watch highlights and game tape of both and tell me who looks to have the bigger upside and whom you would want matching up with the best guards in the conference. Maybe I'm way off, but I can't imagine scouting one and not noticing that the other has measurables that cannot be coached or taught. Notre Dame is often a good comparison point and they looked at both simultaneously. Seemed to be more interested in Brown, not Brumbaugh.
