So much for having at the game reporters from the local press. Sure miss the days when we had real newspaper sports reporters in attendance like Heraldcat. Here is the quote from the online edition of the Chicago Sun Times:

"The Northwestern Wildcats kept their 2015 record unblemished with a 19-10 victory over the Duke Blue Devils Saturday in Evanston, Ill.

NU’s running back Warren Long was clutch in the win with a 55-yard touchdown run and a game-changing fumble recovery on a Duke muffed punt."

I was actually thinking of Wrassler's post about showing up at Ryan with an empty field as I read that initially. :)

Maybe it was one of those computer reporters they say will be writing sports stories in the future.

Actually it does sound like it was written by a computer. NU is located in Evanston. Either that or it was written by a minimum wage grunt who knows nothing about the subject.
