I don't think that's true. It's not really like that. You can be sure that you will find students playing soccer or basketball ten years from now. It's a team game, and it helps teens make friends and feel like part of a team. I believe college football is a way for young people to blow off steam. Some of them decide to tie their lives to sports and football, go to college, check website, and then the sport becomes their profession. And it's the student team that helps guys understand their relationship to football - is it a hobby or a future profession for them.
