Always have found it odd that no one on our coaching staff under Fitz has gone on to bigger and better things. U of I DC just got Purdue job. I get the sense that the perception is this is a dead end job. I would rather hire assistants that are on an upward trajectory than alums. As great of a guy as I think Fitz I think he needs a ton of schematic and scouting help from his assistants.
