but i love the fact that there are multiple players who can score 18+ points a game (including law who is out)

it will be bad when no one sores 18, but its nice to know that if one guy is down or out others can do it

Good observation. The Guards were horrible today and NU won by 25. As NU Sports tweeted earlier, NU is one of only 2 teams to have 5 different players score 20 or more points in a game this season.

Offense won't be the problem this season. Defense and fouling will be the reason NU loses some games they could win.

Several of us had noted that aside from BMac and Demps (who sometimes get into the dbl digits on volume shooting), the rest have been pretty inconsistent and that will need to find better consistency for B1G play.

Still, it must be nice for CC to finally have the bodies off the bench (even w/ the loss of Law - who could have been the part of the Big 3) to ride the hot hand.

The glass is (more than) half full versus half empty. Having multiple players capable of putting up points is a huge advantage. And it's a big step up from the past when we relied on a single player (e.g., Shurna, Crawford) to score. When he had an off night, we had nowhere to turn. This team is deep and will make us proud!

Still waiting for the light bulb to go on for Lindsay. He's such an important piece if we are going to get to the next level this year. That goes for Falzon too. Tap was stroking it against Va Tech and it would nice to see some more of that kind of shooting from him..
