10 is a pretty big staff, but pretty much all P5 programs have at least a handful of full time recruiting staffers. The latest trend is to hire a full-time graphic designer to help make personalized recruiting mock-up's to send recruits for posting on Twitter, Facebook, etc.

NU has four full-time members on its recruiting staff, in addition to a graphic designer.

Alabama has at least six, though likely more -- hard to tell exactly what a "football analyst" does, but would guess there are at least a couple recruiting staff amongst them: http://www.rolltide.com/staff.aspx
