Thought on Defense

One pattern emerging is that when NU plays a team where they have little film to study, the defense tends to struggle more than usual. With a new QB, and a new set of plays built around him, that seemed to be the case here. Fitz alluded to it in his Monday pressed, and CJ said the same thing in his Huddlecast last week.

If so, it speaks volumes to Hank's schemes as much as it does to player ability. It also speaks to vulnerability.

My thought on the defense is that, perhaps, the injuries caused our defensive schemes to be less aggressive.
