USA Today. Was it in the school newspaper?
100% they got a "gift"I assume that MSU will take this chance to get out of $80 million guaranteed.

So the best way MSU fans and Tucker can spin this is "married coach had consenting phone sex with a rape survivor/advocate"
and the worst lense, which appears in USA TODAY is that he unprompted pulled his junk out and diddled himself to fruition while on the phone with a horrified rape advocate he had build a trusting working relationship with...
It's going to make my blood boil when MSU administration rallies around their coach for behavior that, in my mind, is more reprehensible and documented than what Fitz supposedly did.

Who is a bigger money pit, Tuck or Schill? That is some sick stuff. Just save MSU 80 million smackers.
He should have just paid by the minute, like I do.If it costs him his job- which it should- then Tucker may have had the most expensive phone sex ever…
MSU completed its independent (outside counsel) investigation into this sordid affair in July. So reasonable to assume it’s known everything there is to know for about 6-8 weeks. At one point had a $95 Million buyout
What are due process considerations? 🙄MSU completed its independent (outside counsel) investigation into this sordid affair in July. So reasonable to assume it’s known everything there is to know for about 6-8 weeks.
So why did they not fire Tuck then? MSU reserved in Tuck’s contract the right to terminate him for cause and void the financial guarantees if in its reasonable judgment his conduct “tended” to bring contempt, ridicule etc. on the University. I call it the public outcry clause.
Whether Tuck’s conduct was also a violation of University policy (hearing scheduled for Oct.) - with all of that process’s due process considerations - is immaterial. Indeed, it likely becomes a moot exercise if Tuck is simply terminated under his contract for the phone sex conduct he has admitted to.
Why Sparty?

Don’t know but I wish I had a part of the action. Some big time dollars involved for sure.Who is a bigger money pit, Tuck or Schill?
Think NU baseball.
Key parallels indeed.Just like fitz. Suspension first then wait for some juicy articles. Then 86’d
Only on the phoneHas anyone ever seen that guy smile!....
The MSU administration did not know the scope of the allegations. Per Title IX rules, the details of an open investigation are not revealed to the accused’s bosses.Key parallels indeed.
