See below, grouped in tiers. Thoughts? Still awfully hard to differentiate between all of 5 thru 12 right now.
1 Penn State - narrowly hold on, Barkley is an awesome RB
2 Wisconsin - nothing new here
3 OSU - I know they have a loss but still slotting them in here for now
4 Michigan - their D looks great, but offense is not impressive right now
5 Iowa - not convinced they are good yet but they kept the score close despite getting outgained
6 Northwestern - this may be a bit generous but we'll see this week
7 Minnesota - conference games will be telling for them also
8 Purdue - no longer a patsy
9 Maryland - I was fairly high on them earlier but tough break losing Hill, their O was lost after
10 Indiana - defense improved, but Lagow is still turnover prone
11 MSU - they have not really had an impressive performance yet
12 Nebraska - not exactly inspiring in a win over Rutgers
13 Illinois
14 Rutgers
