Opened at only -1.5, would've expected something closer to -3/-4. Interesting. Just need that guru guy to tweet about another of our players being out and cash in when the line rises.

I'm really worried about our dwindling home-court advantage. We are already seeing enough of the opposing fans filling Wildcat season-ticket-holder spots this year, but with every loss, the Wildside crew is probably getting more discouraged.

The 1.5-point line is a shock given what NU has done in its last couple of games, and it's probably due to a lingering "Cats are good at home" feeling. Would not be surprised to see it move a little bit.

We need to keep supporting these guys regardless of what happens the rest of the way. This core gave us the 2 best years in the history of the program. We can’t forget that despite how we’re salty about some of the close losses.
I’ll support them to the bitter end (from my couch 300 miles away I’m afraid), but like I said, I’m worried others won’t.

Wildside was very good today. Keep it going guys (and gals).

Pregame highlight — Mark Jackson spots 3 young guys in Wisconsin garb in the middle rows of the student section. He goes over the security guy, has him check their tickets/IDs, and then sends them up to the top row of the section so they’re out of camera range. Love it.
