From the fantasy football site The Huddle : Denver Broncos QB Trevor Siemian (shoulder) likely has a sprained AC joint in his left shoulder and will undergo more tests.

The injury could cost him a couple of games since the team doesn't have a bye week until Week 11. Paxton Lynch would be a low-end replacement for a bye week in Week 5 against the Atlanta Falcons.

Looked like it could have been a lot worse. I think they originally thought collarbone. That guy should have gotten a 15 yarder. He was already down and he whipped him to the ground. They were saying in the game that he was available if necessary so it does not sound as if it was too bad. Lynch looked good so TS better hurry back. Elway sure has done a descent job of picking QBs.
