Big Ten-Rules Change

Obviously, we all want to see Indiana vs Northwestern in the Big Ten Championship. It’s better for the conference and for America, then watching the NFL farm team play. My question is, if they change the rules to exclude Indiana and allow OSU, then why in the he** did they agree to these set rules to begin with? And if it is OSU vs NW, then count me in as the biggest Northwestern fan in the country on that day. Good luck to you guys, coach Fitz, and Peyton Ramsey no matter who you play!
