The reason that Brown didn't play was defense! He would have gotten lit up by the stud Michigan guard! Ash gives us valuable minutes on defense while sacrificing some offense. Who ya got? I say stick with Ash! Better passer and better defender,but not as potent on offense.

Walton has been playing at an all-Big Ten level that's for sure, but it was Law who was guarding him most of the night, which is another tribute to Vic's BIG role in our winning that game.
I ❤️ love Vic Law! Solid defense yes! But no one in Northwestern history has ever taken it to the rim like Law! Great moves inside and very assertive! Monster jams! Add 10-15 pounds of muscle and he will play eight years in NBA!
