Northwestern (3-4, 1-3 Big Ten) is on the road to play at Iowa (4-3, 2-2 Big Ten). Kickoff is set for 2:40 pm CT based on the Kinnick Stadium clock and the game will air on BTN.

Nice pass from Lausch on the scramble! Too bad we got cute on the following play.

Already made numerous mistakes to kill the drive. No Braun does not learn. We need a complete change. The future is worse than bleak
We can't really go into the new stadium with this FCS staff.

Attempting a FG against Iowa is a defensible decision. They have a very good D. There was probably less than a 50% chance of picking up the 1st down, too.

Watching NU football is not an especially fun experience these days.

That's an awful homer call. I guess it's time to play flag football. Should be able to overturn that and these refs should be fined and reprimanded for that. Total ba

Just ridiculous roughing call vs NU on the pick. Asking a defender to do anything less on a play like that isn’t football.

So with the penalty, we end up getting the ball at the five yard line instead of at midfield. Nice. I say the chance of putting together a drive and getting points here are very low.

This is a probability you pulled out of your ass but even if it were true, that’s a substantially greater chance than converting the field goal, which has a best case scenario of being worth half a touchdown.

If we're EVER going to see Sullivan go in for McNamara, it will be after that throw.

Incredible play!!

(Could have done without the stupid slashing signal which will cost us field position)

Given our backup kicker, I'm surprised Iowa didn't take that penalty on the extra point. It's not a gimme.
