Its a Catholic university in California.
There will be so many lawsuits it will make your head spin.

We are lucky here in San Diego to have 3 wonderful universities, USD (small private Catholic school), San Diego State (with the new Snapdragon Stadium and site in Mission Valley and finalist in the Big Dance) and UC San Diego which I’m affiliated. UCSD also has a beautiful campus and that is undergoing major transformation with the current building boom. Our undergrad population is over 40,000+ and will be approaching 50,000 in the next few years. Scripps Institution of Oceanography at La Jolla Shores down the hill from main campus is another beautiful venue that actually predates UCSD. The Birch Aquarium and Scripps Pier are iconic symbols associated with SIO that you must see if you are in the area.

Every AD and president who’s desperate for a reason to immediately fire a HC is suddenly very interested in investigating hazing practices.
