How egregious was the hazing? Obviously there will be different opinions but I don't feel I have read anything that was particularly clear. It is casually tossed out it was sexual, naked, etc which immediately brings up negative feelings, but is being bumped around by guys that do it for a living and play in a sport that not uncommonly has players standing over players questioning their manhood in front of millions, is that behavior not incredibly common? I get the feeling that the power of judgement was vested in those without the necessary experience and judgement to make a decision consistent with the character of the offense. It was first a decision to minimalize without explanatory background followed by a rush to judgement.
