OT: Happy Birthday, Gladeskat

OK, it is not football news, but the board could use a little Gladeskat fix, especially because northwestern arranged to have the opening game on his birthday. So Hurricane Hermine went right over his house the other day, and he has a total power outage. However, he managed to move to a motel close by complete with a senile cat, electricity, running water, and a TV in the room that gets ESPNU - all the comforts of home. The dude really knows how to party.

PS I never knew when his birthday was, in fact, didn't particularly care. Five years ago we went to the Boston College game. After the game we had to go to the north end for an Italian dinner. So Turk, The Waterboy, HappyNuYear, Glades and I craminto a cab , head for the north end, and on the way there the big doofus says oh by the way it's my birthday. At least we ended up having a fantastic meal and getting the waitresses in the restaurant to sing happy birthday .

Well, he spent the entire night squeezed between a refrigerator and a wall staring at another wall in front of him. When he's not doing that, he's walking through his food, knocking over his water bowl, and tracking it all over the room. Then he tops that by taking a giant leak on the floor and tracks urine all over the room. Now he's sitting in his food.

What a wonderful birthday present. A guy from my high school fumbles the ball at the one-yard line and through the endzone for a touchback and the cats lose. I like the call. All eyes were on Jackson so Thorson keeping was OK. I just wish he had held on to the ball so we could at least kick the FG if not score the TD.

Zero pass rush today for much of the game. WMU's offense pretty much dominated our defense. This sucks.
