Hey @lunker35 - you play Roy Hobbs? I’m playing my first competitive game in over 30 years tomorrow. Thanks to @WaveJumper , I got that bionic shoulder a few years back and this is the last sport reunion on my bucket list. Hit the cage today - first time w wood bat and learned on third hit why not to use wood bat in the cage.

I played in an over 35 y/o league(Ponce De Leon League) when I was 40-43. I was a contact hitter @ NU but I used aluminum bats for the first time and was jacking the ball out of a 360' symmetric field with no problem. Career ended when my muscles started to explode.

The game was a lot of fun. Except pulled a long muscle legging out an infield single. Wish I had found this league a few years ago.
