That poll doesn't make sense to me. It is about the 65 top power five schools but makes reference to moving up from 100 etc.

I think they used the rankings for all schools and then just listed the Power 5 schools For their slideshow.

Well... if you like a list that provides no background on how the schools were graded and provides little more detail than a brief blurb, it was okay.
