Darn Duke kicked our darn butts. Plus we don’t want to be ranked after a 6-3 start based on how our team has responded to being ranked in the past... much better to be ranked if we close the season 10-3 or 9-4 after a bowl victory.

If we lost to Purdue we’ll drop out of the conversation altogether. First things first, beat the Boilers.
