Here are some useless stats. Stats are for losers. I guess that makes me a loser.

8 seems to be the magic number for NU MBB...
  • NU's Largest Lead is 8 or more: 17-1 (Iowa is the 1).
  • NU's Largest Lead is less than 8: 1-6 (Purdue).
  • Opponent's Largest Lead is 8 or more: 2-7 (Liberty, Purdue).
  • Opponent's Largest Lead is less than 8: 16-0.

nice work. Thats an enlightening breakdown.

Word of advice - stats are often viewed by a vocal minority as "having an agenda" so don't post anything that might be interpreted as negative towards specific favorites.

Just kidding! Post the stats. They tell the story or at the very least, facilitate fact-based discussion.

Now I’m curious what their largest leads were in the games they lost.
