TPOF thesis has been well proven w the data over Mr Fitzgerald's tenure. Essentially, his loyalty isnt necessarily a virtue, thus, critical decisions are often delayed for years as he works out his mental processes.

This even applies to players that he apparently oath to.

The current season data continues to confirm TPOF.

Any other program would have fired JON. Any other head coach would have declared Marty the starter over a surprisingly incompetent Hilniski. But due to TPOF it takes additional losses for Mr Fitzgerald to process the inevitableness.

His handlers should find solutions like therapy or even ECT (emotional core therapy) a therapy for sports related persons like players and coaches and shown on espn.

TPOF only recognizes the mental process, not the timing.

For instance, after Mr Fitzgerald pledged to the unproven true freshman Tyus and covering by falsely claiming Hull had a lower body injury that prevented him from playing. Hull was finally inserted. But everyone could clearly see that Hull was special.
Hopefully, TPOF follows a similar timeline with JON and Hilniski. Until then, Marty will continually be treated w an unfair shake, and opposing offenses will continue runs off its left tackle for 50 long TD scampers and 300+ yrd rushing games.

But Turk, I’m confused.

Some of our most knowledgeable and astute posters - such as corbi - claim that TPOF doesn’t exist. They say that what we’ve seen so far this season represents complimentary football. They feel that what we’ve seen so far this season is not only to be expected - but also OK.

Can you address these claims with the data? We understand if you have to assign some of your top people to the task.

It’s not only OK but all part of Fitz’s master plan. If you were as big brained as corbi you could see that.
