Went by yesterday and the south end is 90% done (still needs another layer as evidenced by the cement border ) and whatever is being planted next to the ally. The north end is under full attack! The alleyway garages are fully visible. And the lot itself is crested so water will run to the edges (until the potholes re-appear). So far the fence has not been erected but, according to my source, has changed height a few times, and is now at 6 feet. I don't know if that will include the razor wire at the top.
