It is absolutely a bargain by comparison to others in the conference, as well as Bears parking.

Is Bear Parking over $115 per game on a season pass basis?

Actually NU come out more expensive than Bears. Bears are $49/game plus the lottery fee ($16 this year).

Going to wager that isn't exactly the "premium parking" that would be comparable to the west lot.

That's price for all the lots, south/north/Adler. Granted they do offer the $1000 upfront ($100/game) option to bypass the lottery but last few years I don't know of anyone that lost out on the lottery. Not worth it either way for me as I get free parking for several games and usually take CTA for at least one.

You can take the donation off on your taxes, though, and the Bears lot is a big ugly concrete structure. Similar parking at golf course lots and Evanston Hospital (about as close as the Bears lot) won't cost you much at all, not to mention the free lots on campus with shuttles.
