Will Justin Jackson break 1,000 rushing yards this season?

He has in each of his first three years. Would be an absolute indictment of the offensive line if he failed to do so as a senior.

He has 127 yards on 37 attempts through 2 games.

And yes, it sounds like Jackson is a bit dinged up, but it seemed to me like he would have gotten more carries against Duke if there was any semblance of a rushing attack.
