Looks from here like fans of other teams & casual fans are genuinely glad that NU is going to The Dance for the first time. I see the neutral fans cheering on the Cats to knock off the higher seeds and the 'elite' teams. Can't hurt to have the crowd rally behind them in a close game! And for those of you into schaudenfreude (sic)?, there is much wailing and gnashing of teeth at Syracuse, NC State,
Pitt, Penn State and other wall flowers. Penn State is comparing their Coach to Carmody. Good times.

Why would Penn State be worried? They had zero chance of making the tournament and knew it.
