Classy as usual. Took the high road.
Happy New Year Bob,Sorry - dropped a word. Not the ‘I told you so’ that you planned on in that instead of injury, it simply took whistle happy refs to force them into action. So sorry you didn’t get the injury you contemplated for the kids to get to play and themselves worthy.
You said the same thing about Johnson.
And Hilinski
And Wright
But maybe Stone will be different.
What if: Gronowski had come with Lukan for 2024?I'm so glad we've got our '25 QB, and we're not still in the Gronowski waiting game.
Waiting for Gronowski...it got to be like waiting for Godot.
Anderson did a really nice job for our NFL linemen too: his coaching of Slater, Skoronski, and Ragnow proved that he can develop elite talent as well.Lions center, Frank Ragnow, also made the Pro Bowl. Ragnow is another Kurt Anderson disciple, having played for him at Arkansas.
Why the fat shaming of Bielema?Oh yes, the IL dynasty. First bowl win since??? Fatty goes to Iowa when Kirk retires.
That sounds like so much fun. I love the PNWThey are definitely staying out there. Seattle Friday to Monday, Eugene Monday to Wednesday. Looks like a great road trip - I've got flights/hotels booked with train from Seattle to Eugene
Thanks for confirming what I thought I saw as well. An overall total joke by the officials to mess up multiple facets of the review process.
If the refs wanted to get nit-picky while reviewing they could have easily called PSU #14 for a second goaltending or basket interference, as his hand smacks the rim while the ball is in the cylinder
The whistle first blew at 6.1 and the ball is out of Barnhizer's hand.
(If the images didn't load they are here: https://postimg.cc/gallery/WZ6spt3 )
This really is nasty work by the refs, going to great lengths with a five minute review to try to take away Barnhizer's basket when a) it was on the scoreboard, and b) they know full well the whistle didn't affect that basket. The whistle was no earlier than 6.1, and yet they tried to cover their tracks more with the explanation of going back to the point in time when the referee "thought the goaltending occurred"... it's just atrocious referee work all around.
This crew honestly was so poor and so one-sided the entire game, they should never officiate in the Big Ten again. If there is no discipline, then we have confirmation the Big Ten doesn't give a sh*t about fairness, officiating quality, or frankly have any respect for NU... sad for a founding member since 1896, getting absolutely disrespected 129 years later. What a farce.
Then it was a push, and they still screwed it up.It was down to 4 pregame at a number of books
Definitely the ball was released from barnhizer hands when whistle had gone off and it was much less time than the 6.7. Overall the review which they spent minutes on makes little sense. Not sure what you guys are watching. Ball is out of his hand. 6:33 of the video above.
Just use the pause button until the ball leaves his hand.
If you haven't heard a whistle yet, then the shot was up.
At the very least the ball is leaving his hand - and wiping out a shot attempt simultaneous with an inadvertent whistle is totally idiotic.
Nobody on the court was affected by the whistle. The shot went up and THEN everybody stopped - because they heard a whistle.
Too bad that we did not have anything close to that on Barnhizers 3 pt shot at the buzzer in another game (was it IA or Butler) and they called the foul but waived off the shot, Would have tied the game and given him an and 1It was when the game was tied at 75. Was a high momentum swing especially after they gave the NBA continuation to the PSU player at the other end.
I have tried it several times and just really really close and unfortunately when you get to that point the rules are what they are and it just really worked against usNot sure what you guys are watching. Ball is out of his hand. 6:33 of the video above.

Like many have said different rulesIt was when the game was tied at 75. Was a high momentum swing especially after they gave the NBA continuation to the PSU player at the other end.
