Collins doesn't have the respect of Big Ten refs, but it's partially his fault, he doesn't even try. If these same calls were against a Fran or a Brad, can you imagine? They'd blow a gasket. And then they'd get subsequently get calls. But Collins doesn't play the same game, and thus his teams get a terrible whistle year, after year, after year

Bert has done a good job. He’s not overflowing with talent at all. Way better than what they have had the last 2 decades.

It's killing me

The PAC 10 used to have a ‘travel partners’ structure where teams always played back to back road games.

Arizona / ASU
Cal/Stanford
USC/UCLA
Washington/State
Oregon/State

It was usually a Thursday-Sunday schedule.

West Coast teams in the B1G are going to struggle on the road.

Yeah, I think ND would beat them 7 out of 10 times. I couldn’t resist this at +0.5 for ND. I think they have at least a 50/50 chance of beating Georgia WITH Beck.

Honestly, it was a pretty terrible half by most accounts, but they were lucky that Penn State wasn't particularly good either.

I can live with that first half. To be down by only 3 ain't bad.

Nice contribution by Jello. Need to minimize the ball handling by Leach. He should be a strictly catch and shoot player.

We do. He's on the bench with three fouls (yes, I know he's part of that 2-for-13).

Jello went from not playing in blowouts to somehow getting three fouls and two three-pointers in the first half.

Angelo killing it offensively, but the way the refs are favoring PSU I think we run out of players ten minutes in to the second half.

Depth is Ciaravino and Windham going hard in practice for three months and being ready when foul trouble fells the backcourt. (And also accepts the taunt like a champ.)

I'm glad the refs called that crap, shoving Angelo down at the dunk.
