Does Northwestern Qualify for the NCAA Tourney with a Winning Record?

At some point, isn't there a feedback loop in these KP scores? I mean... how does a 7-13 team in a good conference sit at KP90 while a team at 2-16.... 2-16!! sit at KP69?? The only answer is that their KP scores are boosted by playing in the SEC which means everyone in that conference gets a boost. Oh well.... I'm almost relieved we weren't squarely on the bubble. That would have been devastating to be left out when we clearly deserved it.

That said, I think politicians should stay the hell out of this. I really hope the governor and legislature in WV don't go through with plans to sue. How silly.
It is really hard to understand how they are shown so much love, Yes the played in the SEC but they did not win anything there. Why would that still give them a boost? Only other thing I can think of is that because the SEC only plays 18 conference games, they get at least an extra two non con games and wins there boost their records,

Collins to Villanova rumors

1) Thanks to @Vassar69 for the nice summary.

2) The ok-but-not-great NU source tells me Jackson and Collins get along well. He believes this is a play for an extension by CC's agent and it will work out in the end.

3) But if Mick Cronin is in play ... hmmmmm? Don't ask me if I'd sacrifice CC for Cronin. You may not like the answer. If I were Jackson, I'd put in a call juuuuuuuuuuust in case.

Fitz Suing NU Trial

My post is gone too. All I said was that I don't understand what point Coral is trying to make and that I don't see what's wrong with Richardson posting those tweets. I didn't call anybody any names and I don't think I broke any rules.
Intolerance is running high in this country and apparently intolerance of the highly religious is fair game on this board. Criticism of such posts is not fair game. Not really a fair game. So here comes the ax again … 3,2,1…
