was the much-maligned Wrigley game, for which I woke up at 3am in order to get in the front at College Gameday and get a silly sign featuring Snoop Dogg on tv as much as possible. 10 years later, I woke up at 3am again, to deal with a crying child...almost the same. As much as we'd all like to forget the result of the actual game, the day at and around Wrigley was a blast leading up to it. Funny to think that we could have been playing Wisconsin there for the B1G West title had Covid not come around...imagine the bellyaching that would've occurred on this board if that were the case.

It was really that long ago? Wow.

20 years ago was our last Big Ten championship.

I remember getting up in the wee hours of the morning, to catch the bus to get to the GameDay. And then after the Northwestern game, watching the Nebraska-Texas A&M debacle for one half before petering out at halftime (and accidentally dining-and-dashing at the bar where I watched...)
