• bend but don't break defense (NU had more yards) We played the whole second half on Duke's side of the field and have nothing to show for it.
• capitalize on the turnovers and win that battle
• minimize penalties and mistakes
• make a few big plays

They did all of those things -- we did none.

I can see why teams are frustrated when we beat them this way --- it's no fun to be on the wrong side of this game.
