Game Thread: Purdue vs. Northwestern

I’m kind of encouraged by this first half. We missed a lot of open looks. We made some silly mistakes on screens, on rotation… we struggled to contain a unicorn type of guy no one has anyone similar to. And, yet, we fought back. I think it bodes well as to how competitive we will be.

Purdue is playing very aggressively. Boo should do some more stutters and get run over more.

I loved that look on his face when he was sitting on the ground after the foul. It looked so...noble.

I know I've mentioned it for years and that all coaches do it, but some day Collins is going to get a tech for how far onto the floor he comes during play. It's ridiculous sometimes.

We went up by one and the next possession we were spent. We waited 15 seconds to start the offense. Timeout could not come fast enough. Down by 3.
