Mistake to name 4 team co-captains?

This team seems to be without a leader. We've seen it on the court all season and we have heard rumours of locker room issues. It is looking like it was a mistake for CC to name 4 co-captains. It feels like nobody is accountable for what is happening with this team.

I doubt the number of Captains has anything to do with lack of accountability or the poor performance in general. But I admit it sure raised eyebrows when he did it.

I think we're overanalyzing. Just make the damn shots. Collins should have players practice shooting 1,000 times in practice if that's what it takes.
