Today on Gameday they asked the question: what are the only two schools to have all-time winning records against both Oklahoma and Texas? The answer is NU and BYU. Good plug for the Cats.

Just goes to show that when facing a highly ranked opponent, praying their team gets food poisoning the night before the game is good strategy.
Ara's Cats also beat the Sooners in Norman the next year, 19-3, and then Gary Barnett blanked Oklahoma 24-0 in Soldier Field in the kickoff classic back in 1997. The win over Texas was before I was born, but my dad might have seen it.
