It was a few minutes late over the horizon due to being depressed but it managed to fight its way in. I got up, got dressed, put on my Cats ball cap (only hesitated a second on that), and went for my Sunday morning jog. It went well, I felt good, and my weight is good. I had a nice breakfast and am about to take a good book into a hot bath.
