Thanks. I missed it one year by a few days and had to jump through many hoops to get my points back.

I have an issue with them as well but it is different. They have an odd fiscal year so that when I gave an additional donation after the cutoff date to cover the next year, they considered it in the preceeding year and stopped my continuous years that now I have to fight to get back.
