if you have that problem again, there should be a little icon above your post that looks like a wrench because it is a wrench.if you click on that you can delete your post or change the wording in the header. The "Edit" at the bottom of your post lets you edit the body of the post, and the wrench lets you edit the header.if you get stuck, I can always edit or delete for you.
