Both of those calls were right. #89 clearly blocked downfield right in front of where the ball was thrown on the previous play and then Hartage was turned for the ball and had every right to it.

No doubt. But if I were a MSU fan, I would be equally upset with the one-two gut punch of an offensive pass interference and then that play. Both were the right calls.

That turn of events was massive for momentum.

But he just doesn’t seem to have the awareness. He should’ve flushed out after the first guy came at him. Then he could’ve thrown it away. He just stood there, looked back downfield and got swarmed.
