There's hourly trains from Newark airport to New Brunswick and a free shuttle to the stadium.

NJ Transit goes on Sunday. There are many trains from Penn Station to New Brunswick, and there is a shuttle from the station to the stadium.

For those taking the train. Remember there is a Newark Penn Station and NYC Penn Station. Same train to New Brunswick run to both Penn Stations.
