If Nicholson checked out after sitting unexpectedly, that is completely on him. And shame on him, if it's the case.
I don't think there are any long-term take-aways from this game. It seems like it was over before it started. My best guess is that the team had PTSD from the State College experience.
I do know that in the last two games against good B1G teams, Gelo has scored 27 points in 30 minutes with 5 rebounds (and 7 fouls). He has to take some minutes from someone.
