I don't know what the DB was doing on that play. He was in position to get a hand on the ball or lay a hit on the WR. Instead, he pulled up and just watched the play.
It pisses me off that the ball ALWAYS seems to bounce Ohio State's way when we play the Buckeyes. We've had breaks go our way against other elite schools in the conference over the years, but luck never favors us versus the Buckeyes.
