Well, I'm not much of a host. I invited everyone to join the WR pool and win a free subscription, and if UConn wins the final tonight, I'll win the title. But if Purdue wins, Kenn (Smelly) will capture the title.

However, because I'm such a selfless, magnanimous person, if UConn wins, I will decline my six free months of WR and pass it along to the runner-up, which will be Dale (Alaskakat).

Northwestern picked up their eighth PWO commitment on April 5th, their first from a quarterback, in Sean Winton from Elmhurst (Ill.) York. I talked to the local QB about his decision to flip his commitment from Dayton, the timeline of his offer and his visit to Northwestern.

This will cause some dominoes to fall. Who ends up in Lexington??

This might turn into the best sporting event of the year.

Great pace, and players empowered to try to do cool things. We can only hope for no moving screens down the stretch.

Braden Blueitt out of Colleyville Heritage HS made his way to Evanston this past weekend. NU looks to be one of his most impressive offers. Could a commitment be forthcoming??

The cats have been waiting and waiting to land a QB, but the portal is getting picked pretty thin. There was a ton ant QB available, but the cats have either been quiet for a reason or have no NIL money. Sure hope its because they know they’re getting the kid Gronowski from North Dakota State.

Ha ha! Two early turnovers from Braden Smith because, once again, he can’t handle tight on ball pressure defense. How on earth is this guy considered a top point guard??

Of four blowouts, ours was the closest. Hard not to think about if we had all 5 starters and/or if we weren’t ice cold in the first half. Zero shame in losing to that juggernaut. Illinois got hammered.

Proud of this season in every way, despite the what-if daydreaming.

Wrigley? Soldier Field? Seat Geek or whatever the Fire stadium in Bridgeview? NIU? Evanston High School? Temporary Stadium on the Lake for NC games?
