I don't think the play calling on offense is indicative of not pressing on the gas. I just think we weren't successful. And Nix is starting to play better.
How much do you want to bet that Fitz kneels on this and goes to the half?
Game really turned on that the 4th down drop by Raine, but thought Fitz deserved some blame as well. Punt it and try to pin them back.
Their offense looked a fair bit better in the 2nd quarter, but our defense still holding them to FGs is a good sign. Plus they seem to be prone to hurting themselves (they can't afford those penalties on their long drives).
<20 seconds left and a touchback with an 8 point lead. Always just go to the locker room at that point.
Fitz is damned if he does and damned if he doesn’t with some of you guys. He’s been consistent with it and the play in question worked perfectly. Raine dropped an easy pass that would have continued the drive. Players have to execute.
We need a few non standard plays to loosen up the offence. The momentum is with them as they won the 2nd quarter
