The 'Cats are looking good just 3 strokes behind #1 ranked Alabama. It looks like a 2 team race with 18 holes to play. Big props to our #5 player Josh Jamieson who shot a fantastic 64 in the second round. If we can get solid contributions from guys not named Perry or Fitzpatrick the sky is the limit for this team.

Had a bad third round. Finished in 5th. Still beat out several higher ranked teams. I"m expecting a good Spring season.
Doc: I don't know if you know this or not but If you've ever heard or or watched Patrick Rodgers of Stanford play, did you know that he's the nephew of Terry Rodgers, the New Trier girls' basketball coach?
And BTW, did you happen to catch any of the Walker Cup at National Golf Links? What a special place. Those kids were super lucky to get a chance to play that course at all, let alone conditioned the way it was for a USGA event like that. That course comes alive when they prepare it the way they do for the National Singles, which is probably the coolest tournament in the world that nobody has ever heard of.
