Good to know about Barnhizer's hand issue. We need him and Berry to produce offensively or we are toast in the Big Ten, Barny's outside shooting was the key to winning in Columbus last year. Same with Berry at Nebraska, not to mention this year's Purdue game. I like Collins' way of telling them to keep shooting.

PWB, you could make the player adjustment by allocating the percentage of team points scored the player during the stretch of play.
For example, if Nicholbomb is +10 as the team outscores the opponent 30-20 during his minutes, and he scores 10 of the 30, his adjustment is 3.33. He gets one third of the +/- based on offensive contribution.
Unfortunately it ignores defensive contributions, at least directly. I don’t have a solution for that.
